Mobile Premier League To Set Up Game Development Centre In Hyderabad

Hyderabad continuing its good run in attracting new companies set up its operations here, Telangana got Mobile Premier League, a gaming company, to choose Hyderabad for its 500-seater facility.

An MoU was signed Tuesday for this in presence of IT Minister KT Rama Rao and Principal Secretary Jayesh Ranjan.

The company gave mobile gaming a spin by offering rewards and cash for playing the games on its platform. Every day thousands of players join MPL, which offers a variety of tournaments and one-on battles. Once the results are announced for a tournament, the winners can cash out immediately with Paytm, UPI, or bank transfer, the company website said.
