India signed off their participation in the T20 World Cup with a 9-wicket win against Namibia in Dubai.
Put into bat, Namibia reached 132 for 8. David Wiese top-scored with 26, while there were three wickets apiece for Ravindra Jadeja and Ravichandran Ashwin.
India didn’t hold back in chasing their target. Rohit Sharma hit 56 off 37 balls. Suryakumar Yadav (25) and KL Rahul (54) saw India home with 28 balls to spare.
It marked a winning end for Ravi Shastri and Virat Kohli, who is stepping down as India coach and T20 captain, respectively.
