Fanyu Kong of China and Maxim Burov of Russia triumphed in the Women’s and Men’s Aerials in the FIS Freestyle Ski World Cup in Ruka, Finland on Thursday.
Kong set a score of 89.53, preceding compatriot Qi Shao and Kazakhstan’s Zhanbota Aldabergenova, who both ended in second with an identical score of 80.04.
In the men’s competition, three-time world champion Burov closed with a score of 122.17, with Swiss team-mates Pirmin Werner and Noe Roth in second and third with 118.10 and 116.74 respectively.
