Telangana tennis players dominated the proceedings at the ITF Women’s $15,000 at the KSLTA, Bengaluru as three of them entered the semifinals, on Friday.
Shrivalli Rashmikaa continued her run defeating Akansha Nitture 7-6 (4), 6-4. The qualifier will take on another State player Yadlapalli Pranjala in the semifinals.
Pranjala seeded fourth, rallied from a set down to down sixth-seeded Vaidehi Chaudhari 6-7, 6-4, 6-4. Another State player and third seed Sowjanya Bavisetti downed seventh seed So-Ra Lee 6-0, 6-4. She will take on Rutuja Bhosale, who downed Prathyusha Rachapudi 6-0, 6-3 in the other semis.
